Refund Policy
Full Refund May Be Granted If:
-Any service was purchased by accident, and no part of the service has been used
-For failures on behalf of Mindwave Tutoring that result in the cancellation and irreconcilable rearrangement of a given lesson
-Evidence that a tutor operated outside Mindwave's staff standards (eg, discrimination, aggression, intentional misinforming), which is not tolerated at Mindwave
Partial Refund/Credit May Be Granted If:
-Due to a failure on the part of Mindwave Tutoring, the remaining lessons of a lesson pack cannot be performed or rearranged within reason
-Tutor appears more than 5 minutes late to a lesson without sufficient notice (1 hour)
-Client is reasonably dissatisfied with the performance of a given lesson (as decided by Mindwave tutoring)
No Refund Will Be Granted For:
-Client failure to appear
-Failure to notify about cancellation or rearrangement 1 hour before the lesson begins
-Remaining lessons in the lesson pack being unused
-The ending of a lesson by Mindwave staff after experiencing any form of disrespect, harassment, or aggression.
-The inability to attend the lesson for reasons outside of Mindwave's direct control (eg. technological failures, transport errors)
-Unreasonable or unpreventable client dissatisfaction
